1. Cancellation Policy:

   1.1 Participant Cancellation:

   Participants who wish to cancel their registration for an event or seminar organized by WCMS Investment Solutions Private Limited must notify us in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled start date of the event. Notifications should be sent to events@wcms.in.

   1.2 Company Cancellation:

   WCMS Investment Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, low registration numbers, or any other reason deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation by WCMS IS, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy:

   2.1 Participant Refund:

   Refunds for participant cancellations will be processed as follows:

   • Cancellations received at least 15 days before the event: Full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
   • Cancellations received between 15 and 10 days before the event: 50% refund.
   • Cancellations received within 10 days of the event: No refund.

   2.2 Company Refund:

   In the event of WCMS Investment Solutions Private Limited canceling or rescheduling an event, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their registration to a future event organized by WCMS IS.

3. Transfer Policy:

   3.1 Participants may request to transfer their registration to another person by notifying WCMS Investment Solutions Private Limited in writing at least 5 days before the event. Transfer requests should be sent to events@wcms.in.

   3.2 Transferred registrations are subject to approval by WCMS IS, and the new participant must meet any eligibility criteria for the event.

4. Force Majeure:

   4.1 WCMS Investment Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this policy due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, natural disasters, strikes, or labor disputes.

By registering for an event or seminar organized by WCMS Investment Solutions Private Limited, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
